Allergies And Its Various Causes

March 11th, 2008

Every human on this earth suffers from different kinds of allergies at some point of time in their lives. Stuffy nose, itchy eyes and body, coughing and sneezing are some of the most common allergy symptoms and these allergies can make any person feel exhausted. Some of us often wonder if we can get rid of these allergies by changing our day-to-day routines. And the answer is yes. Before doing this you might want to know the cause of allergies. It is a good idea to find out if it is worth the hassle. The following are the list of things which causes allergies in your body..

Dust Mites and Mold:

These are the well-known substances causing allergies. The best way to avoid these allergy causing substances is to stay indoors and to clean your surroundings much often. Make sure you bathe as soon as you return home from outside. This will wash away the unnecessary substances like pollen or dust which may be on your cloths or on your body.

Heredity

Regardless of how much you are exposed to dust and other- triggering substances, you may also suffer from allergies that are due to genetics. If two people are in the exact same conditions at the exact same time, one person may suffer more than the other because it is in their blood. You can thank your parents for that and there is nothing you can do to prevent it from happening.

Very Low Resistant Power

If your immune system is too weak to fight the allergies, you will end up causing various diseases. Your immune system may be weak for a couple of reasons. Your immune system may also be low due to some mental stress. These mental stresses can make you physically weak and can cause your body to shut-down. And if this happens, your immune system will also shut down. To avoid this from happening make sure you eat a healthy diet and avoid stress.

Studies have proved that there is no “one thing” that is causing allergies. These allergies can be caused by one of the reasons listed above or many other different reasons too. But, it is very important to maintain a healthy way of life. Exercising regularly, sleeping and eating healthy will play an important role in avoiding allergy coming your way.
